I'm back up to a weight that I thought I'd left behind for good, and it really stinks! And it's so hard to get my motivation back when I'm up those three pounds. I have to RE-lose them because of all that eggnog and party food :mad: Why did I do that to myself! And why does it take so much more work to LOSE three pounds than to GAIN three pounds? It's such an injustice.
I did workout today, but I really didn't feel like doing it and I didn't put a big effort into it. Grrr. I need to get an attitude adjustment PRONTO before three pounds turns into four pounds! I really need to break into the 170's and get my motivation going again!
