I started Ionamin 30mg on Nov.1/04 and have lost 8 pounds so far. My eating plan coupled with regular exercise is working slow but sure. Only problem is my doctor will not prescribe more than three months worth of pills. She says it is too dangerous as it may accelerate my heart rate, etc. I am here in Ontario, Canada and not able to get another prescription for more without her doing so. Any ideas? By the way, my cost for a thirty day supply is $55 Canadian.

order online or find a weight loss clinic or a bariactric doctor.

I'd say listen to your doc. Losing weight is not worth your health. :(

Ask what you should be doing, their advice.....but taking a pill every day w/o doc's confirmation could be dangerous.

Just not worth it, in my opinion. Think long term rather than short term options. I'll bet they will say..eat less, do more physically. I think this is the key to weight loss.

JMOHO. :)

Forgot to mention......I need to eat less and move more too and exercise until I sweat big time. Not a jab at you-- more what I need to be doing to lose the weight. :D

I hope you can get this working for you. :)
