Just wondering if anyone has tried this. It's really expensive, so I'm wondering what the success rate is and what happens once you go off of their food. Any input really appreciated!!

My friends mom did this. I think she had good results. But she isn't doing it anymore. She just does weight watchers now. I think if you eat regular food in moderation you will get the same results. It does seem a bit expensive.

I have seen the commercials on tv about the "new" ns. $280 a month is a bit to steep for me for just one person. I do not know about the results though. I would do alot of research before I spent the money for that.

I have done Jenny Craig before...which is about the same thing.

It works great...if you can fit it into your life. I would have to be single and not have many social situations...for it to fit into mine. Yes, it aint cheap but yes it does work. Because you are eating 1200 or so calories a day.

I do weight watchers now because I can eat anything I want...just watch ther portion size. It allows me to eat light breakfast/convienent lunch and still enjoy dinner at home with my BF.

So it sounds like there's nothing magic about their food then...I didn't know if there was something special about it since the website says it's all on the glycemic index; I didn't know if it's supposed to regulate your glucose levels and make you burn even faster. My thing is that I make generally good food choices, but not the best I could possibly be making 100% of the time. If my meals were pre-packaged and portion controlled it would be so much easier!!

I wonder if I can get the same results with Lean Cuisine or something like that....?

I know alot of people that when they couldnt pay for Jenny Craig anymore, they would use Lean Cuisine. Its really the same thing, its all about portion size.

I think on the Lean Cuisine website, you can even create a menu plan...for free!
