Hey you are not alone, I just have not been on in awhile!! I have the same problem! I have been working out and find that everyday when I get home from the gym, the excercise helps the process and I have to go as soon as I hit my front door. I know this is probably way to much information for you! But Just thought I'd let you know you are not alone!
By the way where are you from in OK? I live in Ok too, thought maybe if you have ***** IM we could add eachother and keep in touch that way. It's nice to see others from the same state with the same problem :( Even if it is this kind of problem!!

Sorry to be so slow in responding to this but I'm new, I'm stil trying to find my way around here. You're not the only one that's gotten constipated, it's happened to me too. I've always had constipation issues but since I've started Phen it's gotten worse. Eating more fruits and fiber seem to ease it off somewhat though.

Fiber is the best thing I know of to help this problem. I eat a bowl of Kashi Go Lean Cereal w/ either bananas or strawberries in it. Go Lean has 10 grams of fiber per serving!!! Oh yeah and drink tons of water!!! You will be amazed at how much it helps :D :D
