IS THIS A SIDE EFFECT???

I have been on phen for about 2 weeks or so. Since taking it i have had extremely dry mouth and find myself biting my lips on the inside so bad that they bleed and are so sore. my lips are chapped and sore too. I did find that taking the drug has helped my sinuses though. I seem to be able to breath better...so that is a plus. Guess I have to take one for the other..!

Drink a ton of water. I get the dry mouth too and I'm thinking it's a blessing because if the mouth wasn't sticking together I know I wouldnt be able to drink all of the water that seems to be crucial to this weight loss thing.

The chewing, biting thing seems to be a fairly common complaint. I personally have developed a weird habit of biting the very tip of my tongue. I have to bite it JUST RIGHT - I keep doing it until I do it the right way. It's neurotic and weird, I know. I try to stop it - but occasionally it's like a compulsion.

I also have found myself biting the insides if my cheeks and i have a weird habit now of ****ing in my lower lip and scraping my teeth against it :) I think it is jusy a sign of needing more water!

that was weird all I said was I have a habit of s u c k i n g in my lower lip and they *** it out on my! LOL I didn't mean it in a bad way!! LOL that's funny!
