hey i cant get into the site either last night i tried and it told me it was in flood control whatever that meant then it wouldnt let me in at all!?@#$% but hey wicca i was able to read your post abotu the 3 day diet and dlady went out and bought the food she told me you and her had the challenge going... i told her about you and the pink grapefruit and you said yuk she told me that she had hers for breakfast she too couldnt get on to the site i emailed those people like all day long ....... well talk to ya when i get back in i am going through withdrwal without my forum fix the problem PLEase we promise we will all be nice!!!!

I am glad I read this,, I thought it was something wrong with my computer! What a relief.
Well,, I am happy, I had went to the Drs and officially on his scale I lost 11 pounds in less than a month. I was kind of stuck but he suggested cutting all starches and most of the meat out, lots of salads as he put it LOL I am beginning to see rabbit ears sprouting! But I did see the scale move in the right way, I lost 3 pounds in the last 3 days! Yippy!
I got the Atkins cook book finally from the lib. I did see some things in there that my son and husband would eat so it is incurraging.

Good luck everyone and lets hope they fix that thang soon.

Great minds think alike..i thought it was just me that couldnt get on. Poor Nal, going thru withdrawls! I know how that feels.

*WARNING* ;) im going off on a tangent.. I remember one time my internet connection was down, and it was too late in the evening to call my isp, but I was SO addicted to chatting with some friends that I'd met online, that i was this close ( | | ) to installing AOL on my machine just to chat! (not meant to offend any AOL users, it's just sort of blasphemy in my house lol)

But fortunately I didn't have to, *phew!*

I don't think anyone is getting into the regular forum Sara - they are just able to post a new topic but that's it. Everyone was in chat earlier and talked about it. I don't know of anyone who has been able to review the whole board today. I'm sure the chat room will be swamped tonight!

HI ALL! just wanted to tell you i finally got my phen!! it took a month but my blood pressure is now under control and dr. says everything will be fine. i just need to watch my b.p. constantly. i will start tomorrow. he gave me 30mg. blue n white specks. i lost weight with this a few yrs ago, just hope it still works for me. WISH ME LUCK!!!! IM 240 now :o :eek: I would like there to be a noticable difference when i go to church on mothers day! :)
