Hi All,

I just had a thyroid scan done about a month ago.My whole left of my throat is swollen. Not to mention all the weight gain, Im froze all the time (my toes are purple).
Im having trouble swallowing........The scan came bace abnormal, so my doc is sending my to a specialist april 8th. Im a little nervouse and alot in the dark.I did lose 10 pounds last month, and i havent gained any this month. So im just wondering how this whole thing is gonna work? Anyone been thru this?I hope i can still take the phen.

I'm on Synthroid for Hypothyroidism, and take
it in the morning first thing.
Take the phen an hour later, then wait
and hour and eat breakfast.
Works great.
No weird side effects, and the dr that
prescribed the Phen knows I'm on the Synthroid for the underactive thyroid.
No problem!
Haven't been on it long enough to lose weight, but I heard from someone on this
sight yesterday that also has an under-active
thyroid, and she has lost 65 pounds in 5 months while taking her thyroid medicine,
phen, and cutting back on junk food and
walking every day.
So it can be done!!
