I have been on phen 37.5(blue/and white specks) for 4 days.Every evening i get bad headaches.I have tried changing the dose to lower and changing the time but its always the same.My question is what can i take for a headache that is SAFE to mix with phen? This is my only side affect.Im getting daily exercise and drinking a ton of water. Please help! :(

I have also been on phen 37.5 for 5 days and have had ha's every night. I have taken advil during the day, but that doesn't seem to help. I am also up for suggestions to cure these ha's.

Dear Ang,
I took a Goody's Powder and the headaches went away.Try to take one of those.I also tried advil and that did nothing. So far all i found good were the goody powders.

The only thing that works for me with headaches is extra strength execedrin. I take two usually and try to lay down or rest in a quite room. I have found i get upset stomach if I take them with out a tiny bit of food- and taking them to close to bedtime makes it a little harder to fall asleep. I'm not sure why- but I have tried all other OTC and have had no luck- I don't think my HA's have been phen related but I do get them often and usually they are quite painful. I received a prescription from my MD for tension/migrane headaches but haven't had it filled yet. I haven't had any side effects from taking the phen and excedrin together. Hope you find something that works... I know how painful headaches can be.
Other than drugs to cure headache I also use a rice hull hot pack heated up in the microwave for 4-5 minutes and place it either over my forehead or across the back of my neck.
