hi, i'm new to this forum and i've been taking duromine which is apparently phentermine for 3 days now.

the first day, i felt like i'd had very little sleep and my eyes were forcing themselves to stay open, even though i'd had a good sleep and it was still morning. i did a lot of yawning, and when it came to sleep, well that didn't happen really. i went to bed at 12am and came back to reality at 3am. it was sort of like having a lucid dream, where i was aware that i was dreaming, but i was still awake. it was a fusion between dreams and reality. i drifted back to sleep at around 6am until 8am, when i woke myself up with a really bad cramp in my calf.

on my 2nd day, i went for a few km walk, and that sure did make a difference. i still didn't feel perky as many people have described. i went to bed at 12am and woke up this morning at 8am after having a good nights sleep.

let me know if this is true or if my body was just adjusting to the new chemicals the first night. thanks
