No Sleep & headaches

I have been on Phen 30mg for 6 days and for
the life of me cannot sleep. I get so sleepy
but when I fall asleep I wake right back up and my eyes are wide open, like I slept for 8 hours and only been asleep for about and hour. I have also been getting headaches everyday, hopefully this will go away. I have not weighed yet because I am afraid to. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

I'm having the same problems..I took have a xanax this week so I could sleep. It's the first time I've slept 5 hours in a row since I started on phen 9 days ago. I've had headaches too. I think the nervous energy is making me tense and causing headaches. The only real relief for the headaches that I have found is to go walking, drink lots of water and an occasional massage. How are you doing on Phen other than the lack of sleep and headaches?

Tammy, thanks, I will try the walks and ask hubby for a massage. I drink about a gallon of water a day, I cannot get enough, my mouth is so dry. I love not having a those hunger pains, I have not weighed yet though, too afraid. I have cut my eating nearly in half so maybe I will work up to weighing myself this week. Cross your fingers! Still having the headaches about midday, but sleeping better at night. My husband is in the Military and is a Drill SGT, and works long hours and I used food as my companion but with Phen the food does not interest me anymore, its great! Let me know how you are doing also.
