Having questions about starting it.

I work with a girl who is taking this medicine and she has lost 22 lbs. in three months. I am very interested in taking this;however, a little nervous. I have a six month old and I need to lost about 45lbs. and I know that I can't do it on will power alone. I have tried all sorts of diets but after a month or so lose all will power. I have started to exercise two to three times a week. What I am wondering is what kind of side effects is everyone having?

I have read that everyones side effects are different & some have no side effects.I am on generic Adipex 37.5 once a day.I started this on Sat.12-15 & felt fine but on Sunday it all hit me & I had side effects that lasted till Monday 12-17.I think I'm a rare case mine included...Sick to my stomach,dizziness,blurried vision,& trouble sleeping at night,but since Tues 12-18 I feel fine my hads are alittle jittery now & then but I can handle that.So if you can handle the side effect for a few days youll be ok.Not everyone has all the symptoms I did most just had upset stomach & sleeping at night from what I have read.I'm 4 11'& weighed 148 on 12-17 I have lost 5 pounds & feeling good now.Good Luck & remember side effect vary from person to person.

I have had to try varying the dosage, because if you like coffee the mixture can create a very uncomfortable blood pressure situation, which can result in being overly stressed out or moody. I like the results though, I usually take 15 mg at 3pm. There are no side effects for me at that dosage.
