This is my second time to use phentermine. The first time was about 4 years ago and I managed to lose 45 pounds. I only need to lose 20 pounds this time though. My side effects last time were constipation and dry mouth (both rather severe). This time though, on the third and fourth days I have been suffering from pain in my testicles. It feels as though I have been kicked sometimes. It starts about 2 hours after I take the pill and lasts about4 to 5 hours. I can tell there are not too many men using these forums, but I would hope that if someone else has experienced this they would be able to respond. Thanks in advance.
