I don't have time to read and catch up with the forum right now.......but I did want to drop in
(didn't ya feel the earthquake...lol) and say hello and ADMIT that I have gained a BUNCH of weight!! :(

I have no one to blame but my self.
Sooooooooo.......I said to myself,
"Self, this is IT....it's a New Year and you need a new body. (cuz this one doesn't fit into anything but sweat pants anymore!)

I've done all the diets....and they all work.
IF YOU STICK TO THEM!
I have done Weight Watchers in a while (many years) so that's what I will be starting tomorrow.

BUT TODAY.......today I am going to Celaya's for Mexican food :D I am going to order the Enchilida Trio (double rice no beans)and I'm going to eat the whole damn plate!
(well.....not the plate...lol...but all the food)

And then tomorrow......it's Duct Tape Time!

Our favoirte litte Mexican resturant is owned by Mexican that is a chief. He and his family run the resturant. Tonight they are having a special buffet. He cooks traditional foods from different areas of Mexico, not TEXMEX. We will be there tonight to eat and celebrate! He is such a nice guy and has befriended my husband. He tells Cliff how to order and where to go when he travels in Mexico on business. Tonight will be a nice splurg for ending the old year.

I'll sneak on in here as I finish my huge plate of mongolian beef & shrimp puffs.....glad to know I'm not the only naughty one today. And I havent even thought about all the calories that will be in my wine, daquiris, and pina coladas that I'm going to drink tonight.......I'm going to be good through the whole cupids challenge....or at least try my best, I might have to adjust my starting weight......but today is shot but it is New Years....you all enjoy your mexican....my chinese is delicious! Happy New Year to you all! Because of these stories on here I have stuck to it and will continue to do so. I even walked 3 miles on the treadmill last night as I stated I would in my cupid challenge.
We are going to Roanoke, TX tonight, the police dept there is trowing a bash for the community, they are going to have dinner,live band,dance tent,about ten events for the kids and fireworks at 12. This should be fun, my girls are so excited.

What is it about the Mexican food? I've already had mine today, cheese enchiladas. The hole in the wall Mexican place near us practically has a booth permanently reserved for me and my husband. Next summer we should all get together and have a cross-country Mexican Restaurant tour/best food contest.
