only lost 7 lbs. 3 inches. :(
which was okay i guess....i went through thanksgiving and christmas....my dr. seemed okay with it.
he upped my meds to 37.5 mgs. a day. is anyone else on this dosage? does it work for you?

Hey hey! No sad faces! A seven pound loss is great....we just went through the holiday season and most people gain 7 lbs. You lost 7! You should be proud of yourself. A loss is ALWAYS better then a gain or staying the same. I know that sometimes we want it to come off faster...but it will happen and having it come off is something to be proud of itself. If you want it to come off faster examine to make sure your eating enough, or eating too much. Check your calories, excercise & make sure your drinking your water. But your doing good...be proud of yourself. I go to the doctor on Jan 28th again....at that time I am going to ask for the 37.5 mg because the 30 mg havent been working as well as they used too...but I know others here are on 37.5 mg and can let you know how that works for them. Smile, you lost!

no kidding - i would LOVE a 7-pound loss! i've only lost 5 - and i've been on phen for three months. congratulate yourself - see? i picked the only smiley face that's green, to represent my GREEN WITH ENVY disposition! ha ha just kidding congrats! especially during the holidays - that's big news!

I was in 37.5mg tabs for 5 months and I lost 45 pounds on it... 7lbs is great... Keep up the good work... focus on your goal... stay positive and remember you can do this.... take care, Shannon

You did good!!!! I want to lose 7lbs. I am on 37.5 mg. I guess they are working. I do have a lot of energy. I still eat!!! I know the portions are smaller.

I am on 37.5.. well Im not really on anything right now. It seems no matter what strength I take it stops working after 3 weeks. Maybe its just me :D
But I think the 37.5 worked a lot better than the 30's.. good luck!
