I have emailed 2 sites about availability of blue/clear time release caps; both responded that they have only the yellow caps(white powder) :mad:. However, at least they DID answer...I would encourage EVERYONE to check on WHAT the site has before ordering; don't assume anything, especially since we can't exchange the Phen or get our money back! :(

Wait a minute!!!!

I ordered 37.5 phen from the "e" pharmacy and I received the blue and clear capsules with beads inside...I ordered 37.5, not 30...so what's up with that?????!!!!! They do seem to work better than the plain white tablets, but I paid for 37.5!!!! You don't want to see me get mad!!!! Robin? I know you have an answer for me...my capsules have the E-5000 on them as mentioned above...

Robin, the capsules that I've been getting from my pharmacy (until they ran out), are blue on one half of the capsule and clear on the other half, with white and blue granules inside. On the outside in red are the letters EON and on the label it also says EON, as well as Phentermine 30 mg caps. I'm looking at it right now.

Boy am I pissed off!!!! I guess they are the 30mg then...I guess it really is all in my head then because I thought these were working better!!!! No, they did not mention anything about seding me the wrong thing...my prescription bottle even reads phentermine 37.5!! My pills look just like the ones described in the post above mine (forgive me - I forgot the name and I can't get back to see!!). Oh well...I got screwed!!!

Ok, I got my ** from my dr. The bottle says phentermine 30mg. Capsule out from that it says EONLM - the actual pil is blue and clear with light blue and white beads in it. It works for me. I took it a couple of years ago and lost nearly 40 lbs in a 3 months. Then for some unknown reason I went off of it. (I know dumb) Anyway, I gained everything back plus 6 more but it was like 2 years. Oh, and the pill has adn E 5000 on it. So, do I have the good stuff? lol

Also, does anybody else take a combination? My dr. said that alot of times antidepressants can cause you to loose weight and some dr's even combine antidepressants with the phentermine. I would love to know if anybody else has any experience with this.

And one more question! When I initally got my last prescription my dr. told me there was a phentermine shortage. So, just in case I could not get it, he gave me an alternative drug called Didnex I believe. I haven't been able to find any information out on that particular drug. Luckily when I went to the pharmacy to get the phentermine they had it in stock, but the price had went up. I used to pay a couple of years ago $11 for 40 capsules and this time it was almost $19 for 30. I have seen some of the internet prices and I don't think that's a bad price, but if the shortage is over, will the prices go back down?

Robin...my bad!!! I goofed because this old eyes failed me. I looked at the capsule again after reading your post (this time using my reading glasses AND a magnifying glass) and I see you're right. My capsule has a funny bold E on it, but isn't followed by the letters 'on' as I thought. It's followed by '5000' just as you had said. OOPS!!!! I guess I've been on the generic and never knew it. No wonder it was only $30.00 a month (when I could get it!).

I just wanted to say "THANKS" for the great information above.

I really enjoy coming to this site each day and reading everyones posts. Sometimes I feel like the serious ones and sometimes I feel like the umm...the uh...well..sex ones! And sometimes I feel like whatever you all have to dish.

Coming to read these posts helped me decide to get off my butt and go back on Phentermine. I started 2 years ago and went form a size 16 at 212 lbs to a size 10 at 161 lbs in a year. I am now back to 189. :(

My Calvin Klien and Tommy Girl Jeans haven't seen my butt in about 7 months now!

Anyway...this was supposed to be a thank you for continuing to post great stuff...enteraining and also informative. I appreaciate you people very very much and believe that God will honor you all in your desire to lose weight and make better friendships with the help of this forum.

A bump is when you go back into the archives and pull up a topic. That topic was started in July by Robin. It is great info and easier to bring up for people to read then to retype it in. Its been bumped up many times. So has the water topic by Moon.

My phentermine is in form of DROPS.. so what do I do w/ that? LOL- My doctor lets me have 5 drops at a time ...only 5mg's However, you are allowed to have 20 at a time. ( I only take 5- b/c I'll have my 30mg pills if i'm starving! LOL) ( 20 drops is 17.6mg) I really like the drops.. b/c you can take only a few- and it curbs your appetite w/o getting you all "nuts" and busy LOL

Hey! Thanks so much for the info!!!! It really helps. Iwas wondering why they quit making Fastin? My Dr. prescribed Fastin for me and they gave me the blue and clear capsule with the e5000 on it. The bottle just says Phentermine and Eon Labs on it. This was just last week. The capsule has the white and blue beeds in it. I think everyone should know what their options are so this should be right there for everyone to see!!! Thanks again

I beg to differ..My dietican gave them to me.. they are Phentermine HCL .88mg per drop.. to take 5-15 drops no more than 3 x a day. You put them in your water and uses the drops b/c every person needs a certain amount.. ex: I don't need that many- and more than 7 makes me jumpy. Also, when I took the 37.5 pill at 9am.. I was hungry.. it didn't supress my hunger.. I personally like the drops.. He's been a dietican for over 25 years.

I took some Ephedra drops before...they were called E'Ola...one of those distributor things. I didn't find that it did much for me and I was taking way over what they recommended. There is nothing like phen...the real deal!

Ionamin, are they dangerous?
I had frequent palpitations when i took them last. (That is why I stopped taking them) plus the recent bad press 'causing heart valves to leak/block'...does that apply to Ionamin or another diet pill. The fossil like info on the uk gov boards is so old and no updates are given.
