I have not yet started on the phen pill yet because I wanted to get some in put from some others that has already been on the mission of losing those stubborn pounds.O.k heres my problem I have four children and not alot of time to work out.So my first question is how much do I have to work out on the phen?Second of all I am very busy and cant exactly eat 6 small high protien meals like I use to, so is this kind of diet neccessary for this pill to work?My last question is that I need some input on where to get this at a cheaper price than the one on the internet.Oh yes and how fast has some of you lost 30 ibs because that is my goal weight loss?
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from some of you soon. :D

Hmm, with four kids, I bet you get a pretty good workout anyway! :D But seriously, when you first start, it'd probably be okay to start off with like 10 minutes, and add five minutes each week. Not every day! Once a week, add 5 minutes. So, first week: 10 minutes a day; second week: 15 minutes a day; third week: 20 minutes... and so on. You'll be surprised it gets easier to make that time. The kids will have more time to get adjusted to a different routine too!

No, it is NOT necessary. In fact, the first few days you will probably find yourself forgetting to eat!! But it is important to still eat at least one healthy balanced meal a day. I have heard lots of others talk about using the diet bars or health bars or whatever they are called for other meals.

There is a place on this site you can search for doctors in your area. The best place to start though, is with your family doctor, if you have one. Some are pro-phen, some are against. But it doesn't hurt to ask! And if you don't have a regular doctor, call around to different offices and just tell them your situation. If you live in a large town/city, surely you can find a compassionate doc :)

As far as how long it takes... it varies person to person. Sorry I can't be more specific. It will depend on how committed you are to eating healthy, and changing your habits PERMANENTLY, (unlike me LOL)and getting healthy for YOU. Since you're only 30 pounds from goal, it will be a little slower too, because those last pounds are the most stubborn. For me, who has enough flubber on her for another person or two (*ugh*) if I could get my focus and desire to lose back, it'd probably only take me about 2 months to lose 30.

Good luck, and make sure you drink plenty of water!

I have 3 kids and I have nooo time for working out. Usually what I do is put on music and clean my house with an additude. As for eating I'm lucky if I can get 3 small meals down let alone 6. I drink a lot of water, ice tea, & diet soda. Also I have so much energy on these meds, I'm doing things I never had the energy to do!! So give it a try you can always adjust the meds or stop if you need to!!
Bless Julia

I love the "cleaning with an attitude" idea. I'm going to try it starting this week, for sure! My cleaning lady fell and broke both ankles last month. She has worked for me for 16 years, so I can't hire someone to take her place - she hopes to come back. I hope she will too! I'm having to pick up the slack - it's making me appreciate how much she did do. The problem is, it's taking forever, so I need to pick up the pace. Music and attitude may be the answer! Thanks.
