I'm back....and bigger than ever :(

I'm back from my vacation in Gatlinburg,TN. I had soooo much fun and I promised myself that I would eat what I wanted and not feel bad because it was vacation/holidays. Well...I ate EVERYTHING you could possibly imagine. I have gained 11 pounds!!!!!!!! In 2 weeks!!!! I left at 215 and now I'm at 226!!! I deserve it though...it's my own fault. Well, my mom got me a 6 month membership to the gym so I'm gonna start on the 1st!!! I haven't taken my phen the whole 2 weeks either. I can't believe I did this. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and more ready than I've ever been to get back into it. I wouldn't have come back if it weren't for all of you here!! Hope everyone had a great Christmas!!!

Girl I was sooo close to you! I was just outside of Knoxville over the holidays. Dont you worry about those 11lbs. I bet a lot of it is fluid. Its a whole new year almost and that means a fresh start.

Thanks Nitra!! I passed through Knoxville to get to Gatlinburg. We had a blast. It got into the 30s!!! Here in FL it is in the 80s still!!! Ugggghhh. You'd think I'd sweat all this weight off with it being so darn hot here...wishful thinking!! Thanks again for the encouragement...I NEED IT!!!!!!

Good luck with your new start! You can do it!! I am in the same boat. I had just gotten down to 150 at the beginning of Dec. Now at the end of Dec, I find myself right at 160! A big disappointment but I am ready to get the New Year me rollin!

My hubby has not been a good dieting partner lately. He is the "binging" type and has used the last 2 wks as an opportunity to eat any and everything in sight.

I am really psyched to get back into losing!

So, I hope you too will stay focused on your goals!

Liz...was in Gatlinburg over the weekend. Was it crowded or what?? Yep I ate pretty good...but ready to get back on my program now.....Trip
