My official weigh in this a.m. Started July 27th, 192, today 135. Total lost 57 pounds, total inches 45 and 1/4 inches. Only 7 pounds to get to goal!!! Size 16 to a 7/8. Still a little snug once a month. If i get those last few pounds off I'll be sooo psycked.(sp???) Keep pushing yourself, you can do this! :D Hopefully, the next challenge will get me there! And finally, my bust has decided to decline, thank god, the last thing to go, but its going! 36DD still but my cups are looking a little baggy! YEAH!!!!

What an incredible weight loss! .. I have a question for you (I am new) .. did you exercise alot? .. totally change your eating? .. how did you accomplish such a wonderful goal in such a short period of time? :)

Tee - That is fantastic. You should feel very proud of yourself - and I'm sure you do. Now it's time to share - how did you do it? What worked and what didn't? Give us all the inside story, will you? Even if you feel like you've said it all before.

So, here's my question...you and I have similar stats...did you ever reach a plateau, and if so, how long was it and what did you do to break it? I'm one pound away from my first goal of 150, and I really want to be about 135. I have never weighed less than 150 (at least since high school) and I'm a little aprehensive about continuing - afraid it will be really difficult, and make me want to quit all together.
Again, congrats on your success...here's to a new year, with continued success and weightloss! :)

Hi Tee, I am also new to phentermine, about 2 weeks now, and I am starting just under where you did weight wise, and have been wondering if I am still eating too much. If you don't mind could you tell me how many calories you stick to? I also am still getting hungry at meal times, and then I read these posts where some say they are never hungry, Is that normal? Congratulations on your success, and you have really inspired me to go for it! I only hope and pray I experience the kind of success that you have. Thanks!

I'm on a 5-day eating binge myself. :mad: Holidays, stress and being sick! That'll do it every time! Back on track in the new year!!

I've got pictures scanned now, just trying to figure out how to get them posted. My husband and I both aren't pros with the computer! Hopefully Nitra or someone who knows how will help soon! I will answer back to everyone, promise! OH! Thanks guys for the praises, it really helps me keep going!

ok, finally got pictures posted thanks to Nitra! You are a gift from god! I wanted to answer everyones questions too!
BDean, I excercise everyday for 30/40 minutes and I do the low carb diet. About 1200 calories, 40 grams of fat give or take!
Nal, the only thing that has worked is the low carb. All those carbs before and my body just turned them right into FAT. Plus water and excercise everday, but Sunday!
PrincessGrace, I hit my first plateau about 3 weeks ago or so. I was stuck for a few weeks but kept pushing. I feel great, now, at 136 but still have a large bust. Would like the last few pounds to leave from there!
Marion, It feels wonderful to wear a size 8 again. Exciting to actually go clothes shopping!
Sguy, I eat 1200 calories a day, no more than 40 grams of fat and low carb. Aobut 40 to 60 grams a day depending on the day!

And thanks to you all for all your kind words and support these last few months. I will keep pushing and get these last 7 or so pounds off. I really love you all and from the bottom of my heart could have NEVER done it without all the support of these wonderful friends! God Bless you all! TEE
