Hi,
For those of you living in Kansas or Nevada and who have tried to order prescription medications online, will have found that online pharmacies will not ship to these states (at the time of writing ...).
This is due to the fact that, unfortunately, any online pharmacy found prescribing drugs to Nevada / Kansas citizens may be liable for prosecution. For Nevada residents, here is a more detailed explanation:
Special Notice to Nevada Residents:
A recently enacted Nevada statute, Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 453.3643 (2001), requires, among other items, a physical examination of a patient who is a Nevada resident before that patient may be issued a prescription. Due to this new law, we wanted to make any of you who happen to be in the state of Nevada aware of the reason so many sites are now refusing to ship into your state, and to make you aware that it is now a felony for you to acquire a prescription drug without a physical examination.
The same applies to residents in Kansas.
