I see the last posting for the Arizona phensters was in 2005. Are any of you guys still around? How about some new phensters who have become member since the 2005 postings. Like the original posting I'm checking to see if there were any phensters in Arizona?
Maybe we could get together as a support and keep in touch. We could celebrate and help each other. Possibly plan to meet every once in awhile at a restaurant, park, or other social event. Anybody in Arizona interested?

Congratulations to you also momoftwins! Yay to the Westside of the valley. I’m hanging out in the East Valley in Chandler where it’s currently raining – imagine that?!. It is so nice to meet you and your beautiful family.
It looks as though we started the world of Phen about a week apart and both of us are doing great with our weight loss. It’s good to see how others compare with my loss because I feel like I’m on the right track.
My work out routine is Taebo, originals and live tapings – love the results from Billy Blanks routines, ½ to 1 hour and I’m done and feeling good until the next time. What’s your exercise of choice?
The nutritionist group I visit is over here in Mesa, do you drive all the way over here for your visits?

Hi I am from Tucson. I just started on July 19th.It looks as though I have lost at least 6 pounds. I really am amazed that it works. I also do Tae Bo. I have an 8 minute work out video. I do it in the morning and in the afternoon.Its hard to make time to workout. My boys are 4,2 and 1, so they work out with me. It is really a funny thing to watch.

Tae Bo is the bomb! My only workout is with Billy Blanks because I always see the results. When my son was a infant he used to jump around with me in his toddler way, it was so funny to see him try to to the moves, ha ha!
cndygrl80, what going in in Globe? How are you doing in your challenge?
