HI EVERYONE, AND GOOD MORING, I JUST WAS WONDERING WHAT ARE SOME OF THE REWARDS YOU HAVE GAINED BY LOSEING YOUR WEIGHT? MY ARE- NEW CLOTHS SO NICE TO BE ABLE TO GO TO THE STORE AND BUY SOMETHING THAT FITS. AND NOT HAVE TO MAKE THEM. I USED TO BE A SIZE 44. HUGE HU? AND I FEEL REALLY GOOD ABOUT MYSELF NOW. I HAVE COME A LONG WAYS. BUT IT WAS WORTH EVERY ACHES AND PAINS I GOT TO GET THIS WAY. THANKS, WHAT IS YOUR OUT PUT ON THIS.{SIZE 10 NOW} :D

I have not lost the weight I need to, but then, I am only a month into the game. I am down 15 or so pounds.

I have lost weight before and the rewards are most important...self esteem, confidence and feeling of well being.
