Poopypants! As I alerted Nitra & my cabin-mate CONYSCAZ earlier...i will not be attending the cruise after all.

tis a bummer and it's adding to my pms & warm-weather blues today.

in the span of a week & a half i was asked to BE IN a wedding in Cali. and go to a wedding in England - both dear old friends - so alas, as you probably know, ya can't miss those.

I was so looking forward to it. :(

I don't know what CONYSCAZ is going to do yet...so...hopefully things will work themselves out.

Hey, did you find someone to replace you in your cabin yet? Cause if not I may be able to take your place. I just need to know how much money and when and stuff like that. I am sorry you cannot go. That is sad. But maybe next year we can both go!! I came to the site a little late otherwise I would have signed up. Well, I hope it all works out!!

stacy! i had the same thing happen to me last year. my stupid cousin called me and said she was going to get married and wanted me to be a bridesmaid. i was sooo happy for her until she told me the date. it was during the cruise. :mad: then they ended up postponing the wedding!!! they still are not married! i told them this year if they pick the same date (anniversary of saying i love you) to send me some pictures i'm going to be on the cruise! :D

Hotmama...Nitra told me about you last year! When I was asked to BE in (meaning - singing AND bridesmaid)the wedding in California - it's like a day before I'd have to be in Galveston...the cruise was still do-able though...then a few days later a friend in England called to tell me the finalized date of her ceremony and it was during...so alas...

Last year our first cruise was a fantastic gathering for 12 phensters... :cool:
This year, we will be +/- 30 phriends from the forum :) Feel free to contact Nitra to get more personal info & interaction or get a chance to know some of the previous cruisers.. Was a blast ;) A fantastic experience that I will Looove to do again...& again ;)

Jipi thanks for the info. Unfortunately, those are the dates that I will be in Paris for my belated wedding dinner. If that makes any sense.
