How was your Monday!?
Water- great - especially due to lemons & splenda! (can ya have too much?)
Food - great - not hungry all day!
B'fast: there's a new Kashi cereal with berries (yum) & soy milk, small glass oj
lunch: brown rice, black beans, winter veggies
dinner: grilled chicken & a big a s s salad!
And I started the weights today! whoa nelly i'm gonna be sore tomorrow!! :eek:
not bad for a monday!

Umm am I lost or isnt today Tuesday..LOL.
I had an ok day. Really spared the food all day, half a chicken sandwich so I could go out to dinner with mom and stepdad. Only ate half my dinner, got an appetizer as my dinner too, and had a salad.
Did my exercise. Today was cardio day. Im alternating, 1 day cardio, 1 day sculpting.
Drank my water too.

I do believe it is Tuesday, yes.
I walked 2-1/2 miles - quit earlier than usual because a storm blew in - went from 50 to 35 in about 5 minutes. When I left it was sunny, and by the time I got back it was slushing! I got SOAKED!

Yes! Yesterday was Tuesday!
Sorry I didn't see this sooner. Anyway, I had a greta day yesterday. Ate a total of 30 WW pts (my range is 30-25), drank 4.5 liters of water, did 20 minutes of cardi, and did so many crunches (100 reg. + 50 each side) my stomach muscles are screaming at me today.
So far today I've had a 3 pt breakfast, 2 liters of water, and I've done 25 stomach crunches and 25 obliques crunches on each side. I am going to try to work in more later. I figure if I can feel them, they are working.

Just want to check in I know its Wens. but I did weights and Cardio Tuesday night and Cardio, Abs tonite. The diet has been a little lax so I don't think I'm gonna lose those 3 pounds.
Anitra what day is the end of our first month. :D
