Hi sharose ..........thank you so much you are sooo super sweet :) Actually everyone on this Forum is .....When I first started Phen I would read these boards day and night and my husband was like why are you always on there ... I said because it's my inspiration , lookin at pictures and listeing to thier storys mean alot , and gives me all the hope ......So far it has WORKED ...I still have about 25 to my goal if i am not happy there I will tryin to lose more .. I don't know why , but I am already sooo happy , everything about me has changed I feel like , I feel Pretty for the first time in 8 years , I wear clothes that fit instead of a little big or clothes like pants without a button , now I hate them........... thank u soooo much means to world to me :) I wanna see your pictures sooon ...

CJTJ........... Hey Sweetie I am sure you look awesome how much weight have you lost ? I eat cereal for breakfast with lots fiber , fat free milk and maybe that for lunch some days but usually just something else low fat supper i eat what i cook my husband and kids , just a little bit of it though.. I am trying for 1000-1200 calories ... Now I am about 173 or little less havent weight today ..........BUT i do believe in weighing every day b/c I want to know whats workin ........Atleast 4 times a week i ride my bike 12 miles sometimes with my 2 year on and sometimes without ... I lift weights and clean my house for extras LOL

thank everyone of you I really am enjoying my blonde hair right now :)
i think I need some touch ups .....Its actually just highlighted but I do all the holes on the caps :) thanks bunchies

Yes I do feel better EVERYONE !! So much better than I have in 8 years ! Usually when I see people I know I turn around and go the other way so that they don't see me ...well this was before I lost 40 pounds !! NOW i will walk up to them and talk .. not that I want mens attention since I have been with my husband for almost 13 years !! but this weekend everywhere we went I hate guys talking to me or looking ... Being overweight , people really do tend to not look you in the eyes or say HI .. BUT lose weight and all the men want to talk.... Yeah of course makes you feel better but MAD that 3 months ago they wouldnt give you the time of day ...
Well my husband went golfing this AM , while he was gone I got ready and fixed my hair another way , well when he came home I seen him looking at me and he said Hey gorgeous .........which he has never made me not feel it , but when he said it today , I have to say I had tears in my eyes because I know he meant it !!! Well thank you everyone ... Your comments mean so much to me and I can't wait to see before and durning and after pics of everyone of you !!! Best of wishes to everyone ..

Also I bought me a Elliptical machine last night and I used it so much today !!! I have to say I love it ... It was 212.00 at walmart and well worth it .. I didnt wanna spend alot of money on a machine ....... but i wanted to tell everyone its GREAT and easy to use !!;):D

I just recieved my order and instead of phentermine I recieved phentremine (chromium and B12, hoodia) I feel as if I have been ripped off. The email said my prescription was approved but when I got it the slip said not approved and hey we charged your card but gave you a different product! Any advise?

You are my inspiration! I started out at 212 pounds as well! Now I weight 196. Did the weight come off really fast? What about the second week? You look fab and really young now! Don't walk the other way when you see old friends... you look great you should show it off.

Rachel............Girl I have been where you are u can totally do this !!! TRUST me if I can you can....I'd say the weight came off really fast...NOT by itself ....but I have to be honest it wasn't extremly hard b/c I had my mind set right...I didn't eat junk food all the time , but I did treat myself......Second week was good I didn't lose but like 12 or 13 pounds first month sooooooo DON't freak out if you don't lose 20...everyone is diffrent....I feel like I have came along way ...BUT i think I haven't accepted how much weight I have really lost...over 60 pounds is a lot....BUT I think that my mind hasn't caught up with my body ...and I am still trying to lose more and up keep at same time.....I think at 125 or 130 will be as far as I go...KEEP in mind less weight you have to lose slower it is ...seriously ....IT's being a little slow but I must confess that I haven't been working hard like I was.....keep in touch with me ...I could sit here and write a book about my progress but I don't want to bore u hehe :) take care tammy

Wow you look amazing. The blonde does make you look younger. I am so inspired. I actually teared up a bit at the story of your husband saying Hey gorgeous. Because I want to feel that way... my husband always tells me how pretty I am and all that but I want to feel that way and when he says it know that it is true.
