I started phen on 4-1-07 at 217, the 2nd is me as of today, 188....I could not have done it without all the support of your guys..

You look wonderful! Congradulations on your weightloss, you have worked hard and you deserve it! You look so much younger too! I have seen you around on the boards and you are a great supporter to all and I just wanted to make sure that you felt supported as well. Job well done!
