i just started phen june 6th 07 im really excited!!! i've been working out like crazy and drinking nothing but water. i've also changed my eating habits. im still working on the six small meals a day i just really don't have an appetite. im trying to get my hunger controlled while taking this so that when i stop my body won't freak out. anyways here's my story i am a 21 year old married mother of 2 little girls who are 14 months apart. needless to say im working on losing baby weight. i've never weighed over 118lbs in my life im now at an unhappy 160 (i know not as bad as it could be but still) im so thrilled to be a part of this site and i can't wait to hear from all of you!!! advice is needed!!! :) ~tiffany~

FYI, you may want to post this on new members or my experience with phentermine. Not many venture to this part of the forums.

Anyways, sounds like you have your hands full! My two are 25 months apart and I go nonstop! How much have you lost since June 6th? Good luck!

wow!!! you have done amazing on the phen!!!! i haven't weighed myself yet. :( my hubby gets paid on wednesday and he is going to buy me a scale but i know for a fact i've lost some inches in a few different places!!!! i've been working out 6 days a week to hip hop abs so far im loving it and i drink nothing but water (i can make it tasted like tea in my mind!!!)anyways i would love to try and get back down to 120 by september 20th i don't know how possible that is but im sure going to try!!! thanks for the feedback

Well I'm new to this forum but not to phentermine. I have been on phentermine for 2 months and I feel great. As of today I am down 37 lbs. I started in May with my weight as 306 lbs.and now I am down to 269 lbs. I'm enjoyong reading all the great stuff about phentermine. I can't wait to continue losing those lbs.

No, I got my prescription from my doctor and I go back to him each month for a checkup. I think I read on the forum that it is illegal to buy phen on line.
