Ok, this comes a little late but my month update, I went to the dr and i was down 18 lbs. 20 by the scale I had been weighing on. But I am so excited. I am noticing a difference in the way my clothes fit. I cant wait to see what next month holds for me. This time I have a 2 month wait between dr appts. So cross your fingers for me
