FOR THOSE WHO DONT KNOW MY STATS ... LET ME FILL YOU IN
I STARTED PHEN AT THE END OF APRIL
AND THE FIRST MONTH I LOST 15LBS ACCORDING TO THE DOC'S SCALE

(BUT FUNNY how i had weighed in on my aunt's scales that are a pair of Docs scales 3 days earlier and it had said that i had lost 20 ... but i have to take into consideration that TOM was occuring too.)

OK SO I JUST GOT BACK FROM SEEING THE DOCTOR AND DANG IT IF I DONT LOSE JUST 7 LBS FOR THE MONTH !! I WAS AND STILL AM SOOOO UPSET !! :(

i mean i could look at it with it "7lbs is 7lbs liter than i was a month ago ... but

THE DANG TOM HAD TO BE COMING AROUND AT THIS TIME WHEN I WENT TO THE DOCTOR ALSO

SO IM JUST A LITTLE TICKED OFF ... AND FRRUSTRATED !!!

I REALLY COULD USE AN UPLIFTING WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT RIGHT NOW :(

I DONT KNOW WHAT IM DOING WRONG :(

I DONT COUNT CALORIES ... I CANT KEEP UP WITH IT ALL AND DONT REALLY HAVE THE TIME TO DO IT ... (i have a busy schedule every day)

i EXERCISE WELL try to do it everyday but at least every other day !!

AND IM STILL NOT DOWN ANY MORE :(

UUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHHHH im so mad ... WHAT do i need to do to KEEP LOSING ABOUT 10 LBS A MONTH?

NOT JUST around 10 but a definite 10 or more

It happens, I go through times where I don't lose anything for weeks, then 5 pounds almost overnight. Just keep doing what you are doing

The first 15 pounds probably included water. As the weeks go by you will find that your numbers drop some. Two to two and a half a week is considered normal weightloss. Also you will plateau sometimes. Your body needs time to catch up. And remember, most of all you need to always weigh on the same scales. No two scales seem to be alike, not even dr. scales.

Actually 1-2.5 pounds a week is considered normal and healthy. You are within that range. The less you have to lose, the slower it'll come off. You're doing great!
