I went to dr for my one month weigh in - I had lost 12#. Right now I really have no appetite. Does it stay like this or will that decrease Would be great if I knew I would continue to feel like this. I still have alot to lose.

It will decrease, enjoy it for now.Take this time to learn how to make healthy choices when eating.

Just to give you an idea, my doc said that his patients lose an average of 8 pounds per month. But even smaller loss is great so when it does slow down think of what it adds to in the big picture. Where abouts in IL are you from?
