I just wanted to share my success so far. I started phen on March 3 and today date have lost 40.5 pounds. I am halfway towards my goal and am looking forward to reaching it.

These past few weeks have really taught me to make better choices with my food. Yes, I still have cravings (chocolate cupcakes) from time to time but have them in moderation. I'm eating leaner proteins, more fruits and vegetables, and of course, am drinking my water. I have cut out the soda completely (have not had any since starting phen) and do not miss it at all.

I exercise every single day. My schedule is as follow:

I'm up every morning (M-F) at 6:00 am for yoga. At lunch time I go to the gym and run 4 miles on the treadmill. Three days out the week I do my strength workouts. On Thursdays, I'm either swimming or doing a boot camp class. And am playing basketball, riding bikes with my family or chasing my son on his scooter.

I just wanted to share my success with you guys. I'm hoping that I will have the courage to post a pick after I reach my goal.

Good luck to everyone on your weight loss.

Outstanding!!! and congratulations on your tenacity.

I am on week 3, and like you, continue to change bad habits, control cravings and generally learn how to eat healthy and control portions.

Again, thanks for the progress report, it's an inspiration to us all.....

Congrats Miami! I wish I had the time to exercise like you do. Can you tell me what lean proteins you eat?

Congratulations!!! What's most admirable is how you have really made a lifestyle change by exercising daily and eating healthy. Those are the things that will determine your success after the Phen is long gone!! Keep up the good work.... looks like Onederland is right around the corner!!
