Hello Everyone,

I haven't been on the board for a few weeks since a whole lot of things have been going on with my business and at home. But now things have settled so I wanted to post my Friday weigh in for last week which would be week 6 on Phentermine. I have started to monitor ever two weeks instead of every week since I am going with what the doctors scale says, and I go to him every two weeks.

I did get some exercise in but not as much as I should be. I have been drinking my water and eating much less then usual.

Week 6

Weight Fat%
206 45%

I lost 3 pounds and 2% fat so I am happy with the results. Hopefully at my next appointment I will see better progress.

Keep up the good work! Progress is progress! What kind of exercise do you do? So far, I've just been riding the exercise bike and using the abdominal machine at the gym...but I want to add something else now, at home. I'm thinking I might be able to do some of the small weights while the daycare kids are napping. I have a gym hidden behind piles of boxes in my garage...I just need hubby to clear a path for me! LOL (Oh, then if someone could add about six hours to my day...that would also be helpful!)

I go to the gym in the mornings after I drop my one son off to school. I do the ecliptical machine, treadmil and weights. I had an appointment with a trainer and she put me on a program to work my core muscle groups.

I just have to get consistant with it and do it everyday so I can even see a difference.
