Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to post my Friday weigh in. I didn't lose anything this week but at least I didn't gain. I did work out on Thursday which felt great and I'll be back on course on Monday with the gym.

Weight 208 (Same)
Fat 47% (Same)

I drank lots of water and did work out one day out of the week.

I plan on continuing to drink lots of water, take my vitamins, and work out everyday for 45 minutes.

What about your food intake? You did not mention it. How are you doing with that?

You got to remember that weight loss can be achieved only by creating a caloric deficit. This calorie deficit can be done in a number of ways: with proper and consistent exercise, with a reduction of your caloric intake, or with a combination of the 2. There is no other healthy way to lose weight permanently.
