View Full Version : Friday Weigh/Second week for me...

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to give me weigh in for this week.

Weight 208
FAT: 27%

So this brings us to now 6 pounds over the past 2 weeks. I am so excited and I can really feel it in my clothes.

Start Weight 214
Week 1 210 (-4)
Week 2 208 (-2)

I did drink more water this past week, but I didn't exercise. I do have to get moving when it comes to that. I just don't have that motivation to do it since I'm in the midst of getting a bridal shower ready for my friend, doing taxes, we own our own business, and two small children. It's tough but I know that at some point I will have that motivation to get up and moving.

Please give me some insight as far as what you are doing. This is my second week weighing in and I am at the same weight? i workout 6 to 7 days cardio 6 days and weights 2 to 3 times. 64 oz water. I have been working out hard for about a month. changed diet for about two weeks. I was taking phen on and off the first part of march. the last two weeks in march is when I started strong. Any advice would be great and I am so happy for your success and I know you will meet your first goal!
