I started taking Phentermine last August. I used to come to this forum everday to give me hope of the future. I was very depressed, my marriage was in big time trouble - I was rock bottom. Well 6 month later I have lost a total of 60 pounds - from 200 to 140, I am 5'6". I used to wear a size 16 and now I am a size 8! For all of you just starting I wish you the best. I feel like this pill was a miracle. I feel so much better about myself and because of the way I feel, not necessarily the way I look my life has done a 180. I just thought I check in since I havn't been out here in a while. Good luck to everyone!

I just had a bad 2 weeks! I gained a total of 5 pounds. :( I started my T.O.M so I am sure that is why but I am just wondering if you had some really bad weeks? Got any suggestions?

Last resort I just ended a ten year relationship with my x 3 weeks ago,he was cheating on me.I feel like my life is over at times. I am trying to get to maybe the same weight as you. I would sure like to know how you turned your life around.

LastResort, your story is very inspiring! You are the same height as me, and your current weight is my ultimate goal weight! The fact that it only took you 7 months to lose 60 lbs is amazing! I agree, phen CAN be a miracle drug, as long as you change your eating habits and start working out. It's changed my life and given me control for the first time!
