Hey u guys! I haven't been here in awhile. I am having such a hard time. Nothing is working I just can't get this weight off I watch what I eat I exercise!Everyone assumes that a big person JUST simply over eats it is such CRAP.....PLEASE PRAY 4 ME@ THIS POINT IT MAY BE THE ONLY THING I CAN DO! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......I could cry all day and night! Sorry 2 vent I'm just so depressed! No one thinks I weigh as much as I do but I KNOW I DO and that's driving me crazy!!! I'm sure I sound like a freakin headcase! To make matters worse they think I have a fracture in my spine. I was also supposed to take a thyroid and diabetes test. Enough babbling for now the only way I get by is to know at least I am semi-cute and that when I die so does the weight problem...lmao

Most of us can feel where you're coming from. The only thing I can tell you is don't give up. It might seem like a lost cause at the moment, but if you give up, you KNOW it's a lost cause. Everyone is different so don't compare yourself to what might happen with others here. One basic rule of physiology is that if you consistently do the right things for your body, and you consistently burn more calories than you take in, you WILL lose weight. If you combine this with exercise, you'll get strong muscles and strong bones. If you just keep on keepin' on, eventually your body will respond and will thank you. If you quit, you know exactly what will happen. Don't think of it as a diet, think of it as just being good to your body for life. Exercise, eat right and get healthy and your body will adjust to where it should be. It's nature..just can't help it. Just be patient with your body and know that you're cute and every day you're doin the right things and feeling good about yourself. And then one of these days you'll put on your clothes and think...hmmm...these are loose...then it's hallelujah baby, it's working! And that's doc ambition's sermon for this sunday, lol. Good luck to you!!!

Thanks girl! Greatly said! I appreciate that! I have done this phen thing before. I lost 65lbs in 4 months. All I did was workout!!!!!! People thought I was crazy but in turn they were right I did have a problem! I never saw the trim muscle cut woman they saw no matter what I did I saw a fat flabby whale. I went from 207 down to 187 BEFORE I started phen. After that I did cardio 4-5 times a day (I SWEAR)I got to 133. From that point I started lifting I went from 133 to 170 and wore between a 7-9 I believe it was. The problem with that was I DID NOT SEE THAT FIT MUSCULAR PERSON! I saw a fat hople whale that was ALWAYS going to be fat! Mayube had I been able to get over that I would have been fine. Looking back now I know that I was well built and in great shape! I guess you live to learn. Hopefully I can get that body back WITHOUT the mindset...lmao Congrats on your weightloss! P.s. I LOVE NASHVILLE...lol Have a great day!

Ya know, you're so right about that muscle and weight thing. Two women the same height can and same weight can look totally different depending on the amount of muscle they have. It's definitely NOT all about the scale. And I know what you mean...sometimes it's hard to get past feeling like a "fat girl". The mindset is harder to lose than the weight I think. Good luck to you, and if you ever get over toward Nashville way, lemme know!

Sorry you are feeling so down. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Just don't give up the fight, it is so worth fighting for. I understand what you are saying about seeing the person in the mirror. IT is hard to over come that feeling and being able to see that your body is changing. The only way I was able to see it was through pictures and that was really hard because I hated to have my pictures taken, but it worked and helped me to see that I was making improvements. If you need to talk just pm me :heartpump:
