Hi everybody! I just wanted to know how long it took some of you before you started losing? I am taking the 15mg pill and have been on it for 12 days, I have been running my tail off and I have cut my calories to about 1200-1300. The weight is not falling off like I had hoped, I am getting discouraged.

I lost about 5 lbs the first week and about 1 lb
a week after that.I started on the 30mg :) .You didn't say how much if any you have lost.

i think that i have probably lost about 5 lbs. total, which to me is not nearly enough. i guess i have to start somewhere, but i was under the impression that this stuff just really knocks off the weight. i got one of the scales that weighs and gives body fat percentage, and i have lost about 3% body fat, so i suppose the weight has to come off at some point. i have noticed that my "impulse" eating has gone away, which was the worst for me. congratulations on your weight loss, and keep up the good work!!
