Yeah!!!!
Today is my weekly weigh-in and I have hit my 12/31 goal early!
Down 28 POUNDS!!!!!!!! :D :D :D
I even had a rough week with exams and future in-laws, only worked out 3 times. I ate take out a couple times ( :thinking: ) but the lunches I skipped from being busy at work must have balanced that out.
So, now do I readjust the goal, rework it for the new time frame? Help!
