Losing weight is awesome! But, then you have to deal with strech marks, loose skin and let's face it - most of us lost our boobs.

Has anyone out there talked with any plastic surgeons and what did they say?

I wanted to have my breasts enlarged, because that is where the marks are the worst (between my armpits and boobs). That way I could "puff them back up" to where they were. The doctor told me to wait until AFTER I had kids, because chances are they would need to be re-lifted after that anyway.

Has anyone talked about chemical peels or skin cutting?

I know this is a gross topic, but this is the only place where I can reach people who may be in the same boat!

Have you tried lifting weights??...that might help with the sagging boobs and loose skin..Also try Nivea Skin Firming Lotion with Q10 plus Biotin..It is real helpful for the skin when losing weight...let me find out that you have paper like that to spend on an operation...lol..Good Luck....

Lifting weights won't help with genuinely sagging breasts. You have to either get implants or a breast lift--or both--in order to deal with truly sagging breasts.

Same with stretched-out abdominal skin--the only way you can really deal with it is to have an abdominoplasty, which is major surgery.

Anyway, I've always been 36C, unless I was breastfeeding, and then I was like 38D! But after having children I was left with terrible sagging breasts, so I got implants in 1995. I love them...they only changed me from 36C to 36D, and I didn't get them to get larger breasts; I got them so that my breasts wouldn't look like all the air had gone out of them! :)

So I've had implants now for 8 years, and it was the best $4000 investment I have ever made. Painful, yes, but SOOOOOOOOO worth it.
