New and still going

Well, I can not seem to catch anyone online. In colorado it is 10;48 am on Friday November 7, 2003. I started Monday on phen and weighed 193.6. I have a gazelle and use it daily now. Today is friday and I weigh 182.4 pds. I get headaches with the phen, and yesterday it felt like it did not phase me so by 12;20, I took another one 30mg. BIG MISTAKE. I was wired until 5;30 when I had to do a mysteryshop for a fast food place and had to order something to eat. It brought me down but my eyes felt like crap, and a headache follwed later. Ive noticed I also seem to have developed ringing in my ears sice I started on this. Any ideas?

Why did you take a second dose at noon? I think you are only suppose to take one a day first thing in the morning. I also had headaches when I started (one week ago tomorrow) and it was because I didn;t eat all day. You need to eat small heathly meals even if you are not hungry to keep your energy up and the headaches at bay.

I took the other dose because i did not feel anything from 4;30 am to noon. I do eat small meals aday and drink plenty of water.
