Phentermine vs. Tenuate

After my blood work comes back the doc says I may be prescribed either Phentermine or Tenuate. Does anyone know the difference and is one better :rolleyes: than the other?

My Dr. says that Phen is more effective than Tenuate.... I took Tenuate in the 70's.. am happy with the results w/ Phen... SUNDY
