I just started today on phen, and have no idea what I should eat, is exercise a must, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am starting out at about 180 lbs, and my goal is to get back to 140lbs. After the first baby 4yrs ago, the weight came off easily, maybe because I went back to work, but my 2nd child was born 1yr ago, and I have not been able to lose the weight. I should let you know that I am not crazy about exercise, and would rather not eat, than do aerobics. Help

I feel you about the exercise, I hate sweating!!! But since making my goal, i have stopped exercising, and i was only exercising about 3 times a week anyway, well, the pooch is back! Now my wt is still on track, but I look yucky! I think i would rather weigh a few pounds more than have to stuff and tuck my never ending rolls, which were almost gone when I did exercise. Maybe start out slow, and only do what you can committe to doing always.
