i'VE BEEN ON pHEN NOW FOR 11 DAYS AND LOST 14LBS. I'M SOOOOOO EXCITED. STILL EATING 1200 CALS A DAY IF THAT :rolleyes: . AND EXERCISING AT CURVES 4X A WEEK AND WALKING THE OTHER 3!!!!!!!!!! DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT AN AVERAGE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT YA LOSE ON PHEN W/ DIET AND EXERCISE??? ALSO I BOUGHT THE DR. PHIL BOOK AND IT IS WONDERFUL. I WOULD SUGGEST IT TO ANYONE WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT! WELL IT'S NOW 5:24 PM AND I GOTTA GO TO SLEEP :o WORK AT MIDNIGHT TONIGHT :( I WISH I COULD CHANGE MY SCHEDULE TO A MORE NORMAL ONE. OH WELL...

Nikki P. you have done well. I only lost 9 pounds in my first 5 weeks on phen. Keep up the good work.

THANK YOU GUYS!!!!! AND, BELIEVE ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT IM DOING BUT I HOPE I KEEP DOING IT. LOL LOL :D IM SURE I'LL SLOW DOWN EVENTUALLY, I HAVE A LONG, LONG WAY TO GO :( I GUESS IM SAYING THAT I HOPE I DON'T LOSE HOPE WHEN IT DOES SLOW DOWN

I have been on Phen for 15 days and have lost 8 pounds. I lost 4 1/2 pounds the first week, 2 pounds the second week. I do 1000 calories or less a day with no exercise. I would probably lose a lot more with exercise, but after working a 12 hour day and a 2 1/2 hour commute to and from work everyday, I am too tired. I take multi-vitamins and stick to Atkins. Some loss is better than no loss.

wow Nikki P!!! thats incredible... I only hope to lose half as much as you are now... keep it up and you will reach your goal in no time babe... and if your weight stalls dont give up it'll turn out for the best

Im the same been on phen 1wk and have lost 7lbs and 6inches, im drinking 6-9pints of water a day, doing 12,000-15,000 steps a day, plus this other thing i have u stand on it (circular shape) and u twist left to right, 20-30 sit-ups a day and i try to do some weights but not doing very well at that, i seem to be finding that the hardest and my calories are between 500-1000 a day. I have been putting what i eat/exercise a day on fitday.com and according to there calculations im burning around 3,200 calories a day.

Yes, way to go NikkiP!!! I need to stay in contact with you because your starting weight was about the same as mine. I was up to 277 and that last I weighed myself I was 270 on Jan. 17. I just started the 1200 cal a day thing and need to get my but moving with exercise! I used to all the time at a gym but my budget can't afford anything right now and I'm trying to find something to do at home! Help me! and Good luck. By the way, my goal weight is about 170. What is yours
