I've been on Phen for nearly a month. I've exercised on a fairly regular basis, and have drank a ton of water every day. I've had an occasional glass of wine and peice of pizza. I don't own a scale because I don't pay for things that make me feel like crap! The last I weighed myself was two weeks ago and I'd lost 6 pounds in two weeks. I just went form a size 10 to a 6! I have some problem areas that need toning, but I'm thrilled with my results and have had minimal side effects. I feel great~healthy and energetic. I'm so happy with my progress and believe I'll be at my goal size within a month. If you're reading this to see if you want to choose phen, like I did before ordering, it's the best aid I've found for weight loss and overall lifestyle change. good luck to you! You go girl!!! I met my goal some time back, and I owe it to phen, again. 2 times for me, about 5 yrs apart. I love how I look and feel. Toning comes if you work at it, seriously. I was considering surgery myself. Some girls bigger than me, have less loos skin, and I hate how it sticks out when i bend over, but when i stand up, man, I love it. Think long and hard. Work on it. I could look like them if I got it done, but for me, I look good enough. Keep it up, and you will do it. phen is a great tool, but it is just that, you are doing the work!!

I have also lost 6lbs in 2 weeks, but I feel as if I have not lost any weight or inches. What kind of exercise did you do? I still can't lower my pant size. Please let me now cause I am WORRIED.
