Hey everyone,

I just wanted to share my excitement, today I got on the scale and 30 lbs. gone for good! I know I still have twice that to go, but I've been trying for so long to lose without success that this feels like a dream. Yippee!!! I hope everyone else makes their goals and feels this good too!

Hi thanks for the words of confidence. I lost the first 15 lbs. doing Atkins in about a 8 week time frame. However I lost the first 14 in 2 weeks and after that it went down to like no weight loss in 3 weeks. So that's why I called on phentermine which jumpstarted everything again and I lost those 15 lbs. in about 2 weeks again. Now again I have totally plateaued and the scale isn't budging. I'm getting a few hormonal issues checked out (PCOS) and I hope things will rev up again soon. I asked about stopping for a few days a week so my body doesn't get too adjusted.

I hope everyone does well too - I really need all the encouragement I can get!
