Hello everyone,

I've been on the phen for about 1 month and i only lost 7lbs. after reading all the great, fast weight loss, i got a little discouraged. I drank 160 oz water per day, i walk 2-3 miles everyday and i attend aerobic 2x week. Why is my losing process so slow? Any suggestion, advice will help. And I applaude, everyone on their weight loss success. God bless!

Hang in there. I think I lose a little slower than most too. Just keep up what you are doing, and it'll come off! :p

Hello Powergirl

Thanks for those encouraging words. How long did it take for you to lose that 15lbs, since starting the phen?

May god bless and keep you! :)

How many calories are you eating a day? If you eat too few calories it is the same as if you eat too many your metabolism will slow down. I weighed 165 when I started Phen I lost 8 lbs the first week (which was probably mostly water) and I am on my second week. I do not expect now to loose no more than 1-3 lbs a week after the first week (this is normal weight loss that is healthy). I eat no more than 1500 calories a day. I have cut out soda and fast food and I am doing the slim fast thing. The Phen is helping me with the hunger pains and cravings. Also if you exercise first thing in the am that helps also. I hope this helps, Tammy. ;)

Thank for your comment. I eat about 1200 cal. per day. But, some days I have to force myself to eat, because my appetite is suppress. I'm trying this green tea theormgenic, to see if it will boost my metabolism up. I heard that green tea helps with weight loss, its all natural.

Hey fluffy - it took me about 5 weeks to lose the 15 lbs. I really try not to weigh myself too much, because it just discourages me. I know I feel thinner, and thats all that matters.
Good luck on your weight loss journey! :p

It seems like you have the excersizing thing down too, so you may be building muscle and that could be why you aren't seeing a lot of weightloss. My only suggestion would be to add some resistance training into your workout by lifting weights.

Hi Fluffy03,
Like you I am becoming discouraged with such a slow weight lose. I have been on Phen for about 2 weeks and have only lost 5 pounds, I keep going back and fourth between 156-151, can't seem to get below this weight. I also walk everyday and also attempt to workout with weights on several days. My energy level is up so I am much more active. I have cut down on my calories and like you, seem to have to force myself to eat.
After reading the replies, maybe we have cut down too many calories and need to eat for frequently but it's hard to eat when you are not hungry. I was thinking about changing my whole workout ideas and do more weight/resistance training then cardio. I guess I just have it drilled in my head that cardio burns calories and that's how you lose weight. Let me know if you find something that works.

hello mswalker
I will let you know if i have any changes. I'm going to try some weight/resistance also and see how that work. But (we) won't give up. Take care
