I usually do some lemom pepper seasoning or an herb packet seasoning mixture. I just bake it in foil and whalla!
I'm getting bored with this. Barbeque sauce would be good, but it has so much sugar in it.
Any suggestions?

Honey Child:
The lemon pepper is a great seasoning, also I like the one from Bwest36, honey mustard, yummy, sounds delicious. You may want to experiment with some different salad dressings, marinate the chicken overnight in a sealed bag, remember to make a note of which one you use, so you can remember for future reference. Happy Cooking.

My new favorite is Diet Coke Chicken
4 skinless boneless chicken breast
1 12 oz can of diet coke
1 cup of ketchup
Season chicken breast with salt & pepper or whatever seasoning you like, place chicken in a skillet and brown on each side then add the diet coke and ketchup and cover and cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes. This is so good!
Have also tried with pork chops and was very good also.Enjoy!

This is absolutely wonderful:
Chicken Breast
1 bottle of Wishbone Russian Salad Dressing
1 bottle Apricot Jelly
1 package of liptons dry onion soup mix.
Mix all together and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 350. Take the cover off for about the last 20 minutes.
Wonderful sweet and sour flavor.
Enjoy
