Has anyone taken Hoodia? If so, what were your thoughts/results?

I have taken Hoodia before and did not find it lived up to all the adverts.

Hi there I have tried Desert Burn the past few days and have noticed NO DIFFERENCE in my appetite! It's awful I am hungry ALL THE TIME!

I really like Hoodia! I don't find I'm hungry AT ALL. I take it 1 hour before a meal. It doesn't make you feel any different though. Some people need that speedy feeling not to eat. I've heard mixed results on Hoodia. I think this is one of those things you just have to try and see if it works. I bought the DEX-L10 brand from GNC.
