Hello I'm wondering did anyone use Xenical so far nothing it's been a month. My doctor said this was really good and I would be pleased with the outcome I guess I will try and hang in there. But I'm really thinking about taking Phen and Xenical can anyone tell me is this safe?

HEY CHYNA
YES IT'S SAFE TO TAKE TOGETHER
I HAVE AND SO HAVE ALOT OF OTHERS
PHEN IS BASICALLY WORKING THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM AND XENICAL GOES STRAIGHT TO YOUR BLOODSTREAM
IT BLOCKS 30 PERCENT OF YOUR FAT INTAKE FROM EACH MEAL AND PHEN WILL SUPPRESS YOUR APPETITE AND GIVE YOU THE ENERGY YOU NEED TO BURN THE REST OFF
CHECK WITH YOUR DOC IF YOU FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE BEFORE TAKING BOTH
YOU REALLY FEEL THE BURN WITH THE COMBO
GOOD LUCK TO YOU GIRL :)

woohoo becareful with the xenical!!! I took it for a whole two weeks and that was one of the worst experiences of my life!!! I know its gonna sound icky but I couldnt control my body on those... its like constantly having to wear protection.. Grease goes straight through you.. nasty orange grease!!! I wouldnt touch those again with someone else's body!!
But on the other hand they may do totally different for you. So good luck!!

Hello thanks for the advice. I have experienced it not good but now I deal with it . I'm getting kind of use to it . My only problem is I'm not losing it seems as if I've gained! I eat very healthy and I do the treadmill everyday for a hour. I really don't know what to do anymore. I can't give up. I have to lose 50 pounds and this is a big challenge. I lost 90 pounds before and gained it back after having a baby lost it all again and guess what had another baby now it seems as if I'm at a stand still . Anyone have any advice. I really would like it because I'm starting to get depressed.

I take phen and xenical. I only take the xenical once a day with dinner and I eat low-fat so I have not experienced the bad side effects and I have been taking it for nine weeks now and have lost a total of 25.5 pounds. Don't know if I would have gotten the same results without xenical or not. I was told that if you eat a low fat diet with the xenical, it is supposed to eliminate existing fat, especially around the waist and so fat I have lost 5.5 inches from my waist so who knows?
As far as advice- you said you eat very healthy, you might want to check out fitday.com, if you haven't already. You can record all your food intake to see where you are really at. I found out I was taking in a lot more calories than I thought, now I keep track to keep my calories around 1200 a day and have seen an improvement in my weight loss. I also saw an improvement in loss, when I changed up my cardio routine. Instead of doing the same exercise for the same amount of time everyday, I started to vary the exercise, the amount of time I did each day, and the intensity in which I did it. And don't forget to lift weights!!

I am not taking xenical now, but i took it 2 years ago for several months. I lost 20 lbs while taking it. My experience with it was good, BUT you must be very careful with your fat intake. I found i could not go out to eat and i had to watch my fat grams, i can't remember exactly but i think if you exceed more then 30 grams of fat you can have terrible side effect. I did have some orange poopies and also some, this is gross but when passing gas you can get an orange discharge. SO you must be careful what you eat and watch fat intake of every meal. I think if you don't go out to eat and can monitor your fat grams it is a very good pill. I go out to eat very often at least 3x a week so it doesnt work for me at the moment.
Good luck and feel free to ask me any questions about the xenical.

Xenical!!!!1 yuck. that stuff is so crappy(pardon the pun). who wants to wear a diaper because orange greasy material is leaking out your BUM constantly. i think if a person took too much X-lax it would produce the SAME effect for one fourth the cost. you don't have to eat that MUCH fat, to get bad results from Xenical. BAD DRUG!!!!

I took Xenical a year ago and it did nothing for me at all nothing!! and yes it was very depressing I just started starting taking Phen a week ago and love it. Have lost weight have not gotten on a scale yet? but I can tell by my clothes I have to make myself eat. If you take both xencial and Phen together your chances are excellent for weight lost or just taking phen alone.

I have been taking Xenical for about 2 weeks now and it has not made me lose any weight. I was putting up with the horribly uncomfortable side effects because I thought that with all the fat pouring out if me it had to be working and I got on the scale this morning and was horrified to find that I had actually gained five pounds. I am not going to take the Xenical today because I need a break from all the leaking.

I took xenical back in August. Rather than losing any weight I think I actually gained. The orange crap was disgusting!

what i dont get is dont you have to have a certain amount of calories anyway to lose? it seems like this and lapband surgery takes away from those calories and ffrom what i read your body shuts down if you dont eat enough yo dont lose, maybe that has somthing to do with it. has anybody been told to increase your calories while eating this low fat diet ? or drinking alot of water ? im thinking of asking many dr for it since it is the only weight loss medince that my insurance will cover. i checked here and it costs the same amount at loval pharmacies that it does online for phen but xenical was nearly $500 for 3 month supply???? i would hope it works, i need to read more about it before i try it. i laughed at the posts above but they are very informative. i have urinary incontinence anyway so it wouldnt be that bid of a deal i guess..ill just get my hubbie to change me like he does the babies lol

Oh Gosh I am not even looking foward to starting the Xenical now, but I guess Iam going to give it a shot and for the price Iam having to pay I guess I will just think double time before sticking anything bad for me in my mouth! I am sure I will be back to fill ya in on my progress as it starts happening! And I aint buying diapers if I start having accidents on myself then I guess I could just sit with my lap top in the bathroom all day can't it! LMAO!

One thing you have to keep in mind is that it will immediately eliminate 30% of the fat in your body -- where do you think that will automatically go? The people who have bad side effects probably aren't cutting down their fat intake -- perhaps they're even subconsciously increasing it knowing they're taking a fat blocker.
Xenical is meant to be used on a low fat diet. With a low fat diet, I had almost no side effects, except for the few times I'd eat something slightly higher in fat, which was rare. So, it can be very effective as long as you use it the way it's meant to be used.

Sorry I meant fat that you consume, not in your body though wouldn't that be nice!

I started a few days ago and i duno if i have lost weight i have a follow up appt in 2 weeks and ill let you know if anything has been lost. My symptoms have been urgency to use the toilet however the orange oil hasnt been that bad. I have changed the way i eat only a little bit and i plan on changing it some more..i think people stuff their faces and that is why they have more problems i am trying so hard not to do that im not fond of bowel movements in office..lol
