Status Update

Hi Everyone.

Sunny, Karen and LaurieBeth, I hope you see this.

HOORAY! My Phen arrived today! My long ordering saga had a happy ending.

Yesterday, when I checked online, the status of my order showed that FedEx had picked up the package and I had a tracking number. By this morning, the package had traveled to LA and now it's in my hands.

The pharmacy did follow through on their promise. The Phen arrived. I did not get ripped off.

As to whether or not I would do this again, I'm not sure. Next time, I would definitely call the pharmacy prior to placing an order.

When did you place your order? I ordered on 01.07.04 and am still waiting. When I called customer service a few minutes ago I was told that a supervisor would have to call me tomorrow for resolution....

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble. Believe me! I know what the suspense of waiting...and wondering...feels like.

My order was placed on January 7 and I received it this afternoon.

Processing my order was delayed a couple of times. Last week, the status went from "Awaiting doctor approval," to "Awaiting fulfillment," back to "Awaiting doctor approval," and finally, once again to "Awaiting fulfillment." Apparently, the first pharmacy ran out of Phen and my order was directed elsewhere. I'm not really sure of all that transpired but I'm certainly relieved that the drama is over.

Does anyone know how I can reach customer service? The phone just rings off the wall...with no answer. I ordered on 01.07.04 and still waiting here!

Semi-Good News.
Got a hold of customer service. Was also told that there is a national shortage in the supply of Phen and pharmacies are having a hard time filling supposedly.

But...My order is supposed to arrive tomorrow. We will see. I will keep all interested persons updated.
