hey folks! i'm new, but i've been reading up on everything in the forum for days now and i feel right at home. you're all amazing and i look forward to dropping the extra blubber with you all.
i'm pushing my start date back for about a week so i wanted to know if anyone is taking 5htp? i'm also waiting for a reply from an herbal guru that i wrote to. i researched and researched, but i couldn't get a clear answer on 5htp interaction with phen. my plan is to start on 5htp, even my mood out, and then ease into phen. i was deciding between st john's wort and 5htp, any opinions would be greatly appreciated!
